At Canford, we want your wedding to be unique so we only offer a handful of dates every year, each with exclusive use of the manor house and grounds. We are licensed for civil ceremonies of between 60 and 130 guests taking place in the stunning Old Library or Long Gallery. For your reception, dine in the breath taking Great Hall, with its sweeping staircase and minstrels’ gallery where the Prince of Wales once danced after a shooting party. Our talented chefs will use the finest locally sourced ingredients to provide you with a delicate yet delicious menu. Our maximum number for your evening reception is 180. We offer flexibility within such a distinctive venue, and strongly believe your wedding day should be tailored to you -whatever your style and taste, our events team will work with you create a memorable day. The day we had was everything we dreamed of and more! The day couldn’t have run any smoother and that’s testament to you both and your work. You were both so attentive and there as soon as we needed anything / had a question. We’ve had so many compliments from our guests about you guys as individuals and of the venue, food, decor etc. We would just like to say a HUGE thank you for everything you have done and helped us with over the last couple of years whilst planning our big day at Canford. The team were exceptional throughout, helping us arrange every detail in the build up to the wedding, helpful, patient and professional throughout and we felt we were in very safe hands. On the wedding day itself, they worked extremely hard to make sure everything went smoothly, thanks to them we we now have very fond memories to last a lifetime.We couldn't recommend Canford as a wedding venue highly enough!
