Our dedicated team will assist you every step of the way so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the occasion. We pride ourselves on making sure you are the centre of attention on your big day, which is why it is our policy to only host one wedding a day. So whether you’re planning an intimate gathering for a handful of people or a grand celebration for up to 90 guests, your big day will be in safe hands with our dedicated Wedding Coordinator and devoted wedding team. Brockencote's idyllic Worcestershire setting makes it a dream venue for weddings, whether it is a small reception, a civil celebration or a big event. The house, with its grand approach, French inspired architecture and beautiful features such as the lovingly restored dovecote, is the perfect backdrop for your big day.

Exclusive use includes the venue from 2.00pm on the day of the wedding, the spaces shown at your viewing and all 21 bedrooms in the main hotel from the night of the wedding. Breakfast the next day for up to 42 people and check out at 11.00am.
We have our Lodge also that is an optional addition. Most couples book this the night before as it hosts 3 super king bedrooms all with ensuite, open plan kitchen, lounge and diner with private garden and hot tub too! and the real clincher- a hair and make up / dressing room for the next morning.

Staci guided us clearly through everything and answered all our questions promptly, there was nothing we couldn't ask her. My bridal party and I had an amazing stay at the lodge the night before, we were so well looked after. The staff on the day were so kind and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Our guests were very complimentary of Brockencote and we had an absolutely wonderful day with no stress!Brockencote were wonderful right from the beginning of the planning process. Staci guided us clearly through everything and answered all our questions promptly, there was nothing we couldn't ask her. My bridal party and I had an amazing stay at the lodge the night before, we were so well looked after. The staff on the day were so kind and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Our guests were very complimentary of Brockencote and we had an absolutely wonderful day with no stress!

We were having a small wedding so she was able to use the facilities to the best of our advantage and on a quite day as well. Lucky enough the venue was perfect for pictures to be taken indoors and the decor was elegant and beautiful this was due to the inclement weather.Staci (Wedding and Events Manager) made me felt at ease as soon as I arrived at the venue for a visit, she was able to walk us through the venue and all the different options available to us. The outside space is stunning, and there was plenty of room for all the children to play after the ceremony. I really felt that the place was ours for the day. The organising was straightforward and stress free and our ideas and suggestions were acted upon without issue. All our guests remarked that the staff were extremely helpful, professional and accommodating, and our wedding was the most joyous, and happy day and passed without incident or drama. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
They are all so different and personal, its so hard to answer!
We think the L&R had the most fantastic wedding here, there were florals everywhere you turned, the scent of Jo Malone Pomegranate when guests arrived, champagne tower, white sweet table, whispering angel reception drinks on the lawn from church and speeches on our back terrace. Such a perfect day... planned to perfection!
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Remember it is your day, add details that bring things that you both treasure into the decoration, food and drink choices.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
When we had a couple where the groom was Scottish, so we added a little Scottish flair to the canapes to bring flavours to the day that meant something to him and his family and a nod to their history.

We had James Bond join us at a wedding last year!
it was just his name but we had fun planning the wedding knowing he was attending.

a glass of baileys to end the night and soak in how the day has been!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
our Dovecot, situated by the lake- the building is listed and has a tiny doorway which makes a fun backdrop for photos and we are the only one in the area with such a fantastic feature. Everyone knows this photo to be ' that couple had their wedding at Brockencote Hall'
What part of your business are you most proud of?
our team ethos,. We work as a full time team together in every department and support each other in order to ensure the day is perfect for each couple. You will visit us at least 4 times when planning your big day and you will get to know some familiar faces along the way.
