Located equidistant from Worcester, Birmingham and Stratford yet hidden in the idyllic rolling hills of the North Worcestershire countryside, situated just outside the beautiful village of Alvechurch we have the pleasure of offering that bespoke, personalised experience for your wedding or event. Alcott is the perfect blank canvas, whether you are looking to host a wedding, birthday, family fun day, small festival or corporate conference with a difference to name but a few we are here to support you.
We are an established, family-built company that provides the freedom to make your wedding or event incredible, regardless of budget. Working with a range of trusted suppliers, you can tailor-make our venue, from start to finish, ranging from a selection of quality marquees to rustic tipis & yurts - anything is possible. We offer picture-perfect views, coupled with the practicalities, that makes every dream day run smoothly- come rain or shine. At Alcott, the options are endless. Working alongside our on-site production company, we can support your ideas from concept to completion and help deliver any of your values or messages along the way. You will receive our full support along the way and get a dedicated Co-Ordinator and Technical Event manager. Together we will ensure all bases are covered for you and that your wedding or event can be delivered with ease.

The capris marquee is the most cost-effective option. The marquees join to create a bigger space. You can have clear panels on them to appreciate the stunning views and these can zip off to create a very open effect.
Pricing from £6,900 (based on 80 seated, smaller numbers are available on request)
Tipis. The beautiful and ever popular tipis, provide a unique and atmospheric choice for any celebration. They come in hats and link together to create a bigger space. Pricing form £9,000 (based on 80 seated, smaller numbers are available on request)
Clear Span marquees come in panels which link together to the number of guests you would like and can create very large open spaces. They are very pristine and glamorous looking structures. You can have clear panels on them to appreciate the stunning views and these can roll up to create a very open effect. You can create different shapes with these such as a L- Shape. Wooden flooring is an option. If you are wanting a rustic style with a space like this then this is possible to. Pricing from £9,500 (based on 80 seated, smaller numbers are available on request)

- AAaron & Samantha28/09/2021We couldn't ask for a better We couldn't ask for a betterWe had our wedding night here on the 31st July 2021 and we couldn't ask for a better venue really nice people they really can't do enough for you they make you feel welcome like your apart of there family, it has amazing views of horses and sheep would really highly recommend having your wedding here. I would like to thank Lucy who took care of us with our venue couldn't ask for a better wedding planner her mom and dad are just amazing they make you feel really welcome and will do anything for you they really do go out there way for you and the lodge they have is amazing all the rooms are clean and tidy and really nice defiantly a 5star place and breakfast is beautiful. We knew we wanted to have an outdoor feel to our wedding and after a tricky search for fields to rent we found Alcott farm and it was just perfect! Not only do you get a lovely venue: a big open space with a backdrop of rolling hills and a lake, which looks great all lit up in the evening, but also the knowledge and advice from Lucy. Lucy was so friendly, helpful and organised from the off. She has a selection of really great trusted suppliers, from marquees & tipis to catering, lighting & events which gave us choice that some venues don’t offer, so we were able to tailor our day to be exactly how we wanted it. We were also able to stay in some luxury bell tents on site on our wedding night, which made our day last that little bit longer. The onsite B&B is great too for family & friends to stay in, with a delicious breakfast the next morning! Thank you so much again Lucy for all your help from start to finish! Straight away she set about finding new date options, contacted most of our suppliers and coordinated everything, completely turning around what had been a very stressful situation. We are so glad we chose Alcott for our wedding, Lucy has been amazing and even though we can’t get married when we’d originally planned we know it will be perfect when the day comes!I can’t recommend Alcott Weddings highly enough. Fast forward to now and unfortunately we are in the same position again, Alcott has everything we want for our wedding and we want the day we planned and make full use of the venue and all the supplied so again due to the circumstances and family being stuck in Australia we made the tough decision to postpone and move our date to 2022. Lucy was amazing again and offered us the closest Saturday available to our current date for next year and got on to all the suppliers to rearrange our whole day (for the second time) I cannot wait to get married at Alcott and knowing lucy is on hand anytime for any questions or queries makes everything 100 times easier! We can now sit back and relax knowing everything is taken care of and can get our excitement back!From the start Lucy has been absolutely amazing and could not do enough for us! Such a great organiser!On 11th August 2018 Lucy organised service providers for our wedding at a venue we had sourced ourselves in Alvechurch in the shortest time possible and we even flew to England twice. We could bring our own suppliers in this venue and didn’t have a clue where to start and we live abroad and were recommended Lucy. We are so grateful especially to some of the fab people she recommend; the DJ, the Videographer and catering to mention a few. Thanks to Lucy and her fab picks of suppliers! The weather was against us and Lucy and the Events Management Team did everything to ensure it ran as smoothly as possible. From the moment we visited the stunning spot we knew it would be a fantastic place for our event. Needless to say the day was a success and ran very smoothly thanks to Lucy and Chris; nothing was too much trouble.
