Abbots Court. Exclusively yours for the entire weekend, week or as long as you so wish! Their beautiful country house, with onsite accommodation for 21 guests (plus the option of Glamping Pods), converted Victorian Stables and Walled Garden Pavilion are the perfect setting for your special day. Their part glazed pavilion boasts uninterrupted views of the garden with an outside bar, seating and pétanque lawn, all softly lit with subtle festoon. A fully stocked bar, designated stage, dance-floor and posh toilets mean you have everything on site for the perfect day. The house itself sleeps up to 18 (plus 3 sofa beds) and they can also offer 6 Glamping Pods and 2 shepherd huts, each sleeping 2 beyond the Walled Garden – perfect for friends! All catering is outsourced and they have a varied, but excellent, list of suppliers that will ensure your day goes without a hitch. Food trucks for the evening reception is not a problem. Accommodating up to 100 guests for your Ceremony, 120 for your Wedding Breakfast and up to 150 for your evening celebrations, Abbots Court is the perfect setting for the exclusive wedding of your dreams!

Every member of staff from the hosting team to recommended caterers go above and beyond to ensure the guests needs are met. It's always very evident to myself as a wedding film maker how important the clients overall experience is from the very star of the day throughout. I get to see the bits couples and guests don't and often these aren't always great but whenever I'm at Abbots Court I know the experience for everyone will be of a high order. The house its self its finished in a very tasteful way with a real authentic county home feel with the decor but modern enough to still give boutique vibes. The gardens are of the very highest standard with perfectly manicured beds and lawns throughout the year, beautiful old trees in abundance and perfect rural countryside landscape ideal for drone shots. I genuinely recommend anyone looking for a wedding venue to take a look around Abbots Court. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE VENUE HIRE FEE?
The venue hire fee includes hire of the main house and surrounding grounds for a minimum of 2 nights, the Stables for your ceremony and the Pavilion for your wedding reception. Access from 10am the day before the wedding giving you all day to set up and leaving the night before free to enjoy your loved ones. Check out is 5pm so you can all enjoy a brunch/lunch reminiscing on the special day.
IS THERE ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION NEARBY?
We have an onsite glamping area sleeping up to 16. This consists of 6 glamping pods and 2 Shepherds huts each sleeping 2. In addition, there are several places in close proximity including our sister-site Almer Manor, which can house up to 22 guests. The Greyhound Inn, located in the village of Winterbourne Kingston also provides accommodation. Please speak to your Event Manager for further recommendations
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN ALCOHOL?
You may bring your own wines and bottled beer to be served up until the end of the Wedding Breakfast (corkage charges apply). Our onsite bar is available throughout the day and can open straight after your ceremony if you wish. Please speak with your Event Manager for further details.
