I love photographing people, as someone who hates having their photo taken I enjoy making people who are like minded feel at ease and surprising them how fun and painless it can actually be! Open to all couples and happy to travel.

I am a contemporary wedding and portrait photographer, based in Inverness, although I shoot all over the Scottish Highlands and further afield. I am drawn to capturing fun, true moments - however and wherever they may happen! My aim is to give every client a gorgeous, creative, highly personal set of images that capture the essence of their big day, family dynamic, or character. I believe the Special Day should also be a very relaxing day to enjoy while memories for life get captured. Being an integral part of this day and ensuring you have memories to treasure for a lifetime is always an honour and pleasure. My passion for photography started when going through Granny's collection of family photographs. Summers were spent delving into her metal box, connecting with family stories. Recognizing the timeless value of capturing moments, I want to give you that same joy when reliving memories through my work. It's not just a job; it's an honor and a heartfelt gift to be part of others' cherished moments.

I’m at my happiest when I’m outdoors, in nature, or on the deck of a ferry, heading out to the islands. I can’t get enough of the Western Isles. I even got married in the sand dunes at Luskentyre, on the beautiful Isle of Harris. One of the best adventures I’ve ever had was cycling the 200+ mile Hebridean Way solo in a week in 2021, and camping along the way. I’m currently planning my next Bucket List adventure… probably a long distance walk!

I am forty-two-year-old wedding photographer. I have been married to my wife Paula for 9 years but we have been together for nearly 25. We have two great kids, Harvey and Robyn. I moved to Glasgow to study photography when I was 19 and I have been photographing weddings since 2007. I have photographed about 600 wedding, give or take, and have many a story to tell, but would rather hear about yours.
