My style is defined by clean, refined finishes and hand-crafted sugar flowers. Every cake is a piece of edible art, created through a collaborative process. Cherry On Top by Claire Sara, is an award winning boutique cake designer, with a flair for creating styled, delicious and memorable buttercream and ganache wedding and celebration cakes and cupcakes.

A few of my favourite things include long walks on the beach, which we are really lucky to have on our doorstep, followed by a glass (or two) of wine or prosecco in a nice pub with a roaring fire. I also love reading a good book with a cup of tea cosied up on the sofa, watching a film or getting hooked on a box set. I LOVE a list and I’m super organised. I am a Harry Potter fan and they are my go to films to watch when I'm making sugar flowers.
