Kurtis Henry doesn’t just film weddings, he tells stories that last a lifetime. Kurtis started Henry Cinematics Weddings, to turn his creativity into a career, building a business focused on authentically bringing couples’ love stories to life and creating cinema for everyday people. “My job as a whole is championing and celebrating love in all its forms,” he says. His films are known for cinematic flair, natural emotion and a deep respect for authenticity. Whether it’s a grand multicultural affair or an intimate countryside ceremony, Kurtis captures the essence of every love story through a creative, compassionate lens.

Mercedes’ story is one of resilience and creativity. She started 4YaParty Weddings & Events at a turning point in her life and has been sprinkling joy ever since. Her décor is bold, romantic and full of personality. “I love getting the opportunity to decorate weddings that celebrate different cultures and traditions,” she says. From vibrant Nigerian celebrations to intimate garden parties, 4YaParty creates spaces that feel as unique as the couples themselves.

Food is love, and Leon’s Den Kitchen proves it with every dish. Leon’s passion for cooking started at home, inspired by family, flavour and heritage. Today, Leon celebrates the diversity of love by using the vibrant flavours and rich history of Caribbean food to tell unique love stories, one dish at a time. “We believe food is a universal language,” he says. Couples can expect custom menus, soulful flavours and the kind of warmth that makes every guest feel like family.

Anesha runs a luxury, one-woman wedding cake studio that blends botanical sugar artistry with culture-forward flavours. She explains that her Caribbean-Indian and British heritage informs her work, and that her “heritage and personal stories are woven into the design and the flavours.” Expect show-stopping sugar flowers, distinctive flavour pairings such as Caribbean rum cake, and careful allergen-friendly options. Anesha offers end-to-end care from design to on-site styling, so the cake photographs beautifully and tastes unforgettable.

Eleasha is a bridal make-up artist who centres inclusivity and representation in every kit and trial. She told us she aims to make sure “every bride feels seen, valued and celebrated for exactly who they are.” Her approach combines technical skill with deep listening, from trials that build confidence to looks tailored for darker skin tones. For Leona, founder of Sorted by Sunday, planning weddings is about celebrating every kind of love and keeping it beautifully stress-free. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, creative touch, she helps couples of all cultures bring their visions to life. “I work with couples of all backgrounds, creating planning tools and resources that adapt to their traditions, priorities and vision.” she says. From colourful modern décor to intimate cultural fusions, Sorted by Sunday is known for turning organisation into an art form.

David Anga of Tari. Wedding Films brings a decade plus of filmmaking experience to weddings. He told us he especially enjoys documenting a wedding’s cultural nuances and traditions, “showcasing the colours, styles and practices.” David has filmed a wide range of ceremonies including Christian, Muslim, South Asian, West African and so much more. His work focuses on respect, context and storytelling that honours a couple’s heritage and personal ritual.
