Eleasha was honoured to be part of the MOBO Awards makeup team in 2024 and returned as the Head Makeup Artist for the 2025 MOBO Awards, working with celebrities and industry leaders — experience she brings to every bridal appointment.

Describe your typical process with a couple.
Once a couple inquires, I use my CRM system Creative Freedom to manage all communication, scheduling, and important details. After confirming the booking, we schedule a trial session where I get to know the bride's vision, preferences, and overall style. This is when we collaborate to create a soft glam, romantic look tailored just for her.
Leading up to the wedding, everything stays organised in Creative Freedom, including timelines and any updates. On the wedding day, I arrive prepared with a detailed plan based on the trial notes, ensuring a smooth, relaxing experience. My goal is to make the bride feel confident, radiant, and effortlessly beautiful.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is being part of such a meaningful and emotional day in someone’s life. Helping a bride feel her most beautiful, confident, and radiant, while still feeling like herself, is incredibly fulfilling. I especially love the transformation that happens not just on the outside, but in the way she lights up when she sees the final look. That moment is everything to me.

Make sure to have regular facials before your big day to make sure your skin is glowing
How do you keep the bride feeling calm on her wedding day?
I create a calm and comforting space from the moment I arrive. We bring a grounded, gentle energy and keep everything running smoothly thanks to the detailed prep I’ve done through my CRM system, Creative Freedom. Because we've already connected during the trial and built a look she loves, there's no guesswork—just a relaxing, pampered experience. I check in with her throughout the process, making sure she feels heard, supported, and truly taken care of. It’s her moment, and I’m there to make it feel effortless.
What advice would you give to brides to stay looking great throughout their wedding day?
Less is more when it comes to touching up—if we've prepped the skin well and used long-lasting products (which I always do!), your makeup will wear beautifully. I always recommend keeping a few essentials close: blotting papers, a pressed powder, and your lip colour for quick refreshes. Most importantly, try to stay present and hydrated—your natural glow comes from how you feel, not just how you look. When you're calm and happy, it truly shows.
