Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
I was born on the tropical islands of Trinidad and Tobago. My culinary journey started in my Aja’s 5-acre garden, where I learned the art of using fresh seasonal ingredients. Although my parents initially encouraged me to pursue a different path, the spark of creativity was reignited when I began crafting birthday cakes for my children.
Now I spend my days teaming up with lovebirds, just like you, to craft one-of-a-kind wedding cakes that take you on a delicious trip down memory lane.
