All of the staff were welcoming and professional, and the rooms were tastefully decorated. I especially appreciated the “pillow bar” (see photo 6) whereby guests can order extra speciality pillows to the room. Breakfast was well worth it, with a wide variety of quality food items - I would definitely recommend adding the breakfast option. A few suggestions for improvement: we had a 5-night booking and paid extra to add the breakfast option.Excellent hotel for a very comfortable stay. I enjoyed the smell of lemon grass aroma when you walked into the hotel. I booked the business suits, The room was on point! Very big and clean and has a bathtub for my kids. I would highly recommend the hotel to others, especially if traveling with children. Thank you Swiss-Bel staff for making our stay so amazing! Also, a special thanks to Herry at the hotel for all the guidance on how to navigate Jogja for our first time visit to the beutiful city. We stayed at Swiss-Bel for 4 days and the stay and staff were wonderful! I would highly recommend the hotel to others, especially if traveling with children. Thank you Swiss-Bel staff for making our stay so amazing! Also, a special thanks to Herry at the hotel for all the guidance on how to navigate Jogja for our first time visit to the beutiful city.

Helpful and make you feel at home. Foods are delicious. I especially love the breakfast! Mushrooms were great. Location is also a plus, took 13 minutes to get me to Stasiun Tugu to catch airport train. Clean and comfy. All staffs are definitely superb! Helpful and make you feel at home. Foods are delicious. I'm from the US. What a pleasure it was to stay here, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast in the morning, it was all TOP NOTCH. Way to go! And thank you for your service and hospitality. Had several meals there and the food was fresh and tasty. Spa experience was fine too, I had a great massage and another not so much. Location of the hotel is approximately 1h20 min drive to Borobudur and 20 min drive to Prambanan.Great 3-night stay - Staff was welcoming and professional, the hotel is beautiful, my room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Had several meals there and the food was fresh and tasty. Spa experience was fine too, I had a great massage and another not so much.
