From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered and taken care of. We were greeted with a warm welcome. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. A very special thanks to Mr. Hadi at The Restaurant who helped my husband arranged the birthday surprise for me. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch and cater to every need. The hotel offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The panoramic views. From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered and taken care of. We were greeted with a warm welcome. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I had the most incredible experience during my stay at this hotel. The hospitality was nothing short of excellent, making my visit truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness, and even treated to a complimentary room upgrade, which was a delightful surprise. What stood out the most was the staff's willingness to go above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Ms. Sharleen at the front desk deserves special thanks for her assistance during check-in.I had the most incredible experience during my stay at this hotel. The services are excellent. The staffs are Friendly and very helpful, Esp. Mas Zeno who teach archery and all the outbound staffs. Had the best family staycation at this hotel! The view? Absolutely stunning. And let's talk about the food – outstanding! The service was top-notch too. Big shoutout to the amazing staff. It's the most impressive hotel yet, I loved it, and I recommend it. For business trips or family trips, this is a wonderful place to visit for sure, great butler service, a lot of activity for families to have fun together, and wonderful view. All of this while keeping the place as clean as possible with their wonderful staffs and management. Sadly didn't get to walk the 1.5KM climb of the Padma Adventure Park since there were maintenance.It's the most impressive hotel yet, I loved it, and I recommend it. For business trips or family trips, this is a wonderful place to visit for sure, great butler service, a lot of activity for families to have fun together, and wonderful view. All of this while keeping the place as clean as possible with their wonderful staffs and management. Sadly didn't get to walk the 1.5KM climb of the Padma Adventure Park since there were maintenance.
