The price is a flat rate for rental from Friday afternoon until Monday morning. It includes: - The marquee, which serves as a reception hall for up to 400 seated guests - The grounds for the cocktail hour, drinks reception, and aperitifs - A large parking area for all guests' vehicles - Accommodation for the bride and groom's family (sheets and towels included) - A dedicated space for the chosen caterer - The large, secure swimming pool for guests staying at the venue (under the renters' responsibility) - All electricity and water charges. Conditions: - Payment can be made in 4 installments before the wedding date. - Cancellation is possible at least 1 month before the wedding date. Payments made are non-refundable. For cancellations less than one month before the wedding, the remaining balance must be paid. - The pool table is very fragile and will not be available for use. - A security deposit of €1600 will be required upon arrival and key collection. - Two baby cots are provided free of charge. - A rental agreement will be drawn up. - A welcome booklet with a list of local service providers will be provided. - Pets are not allowed inside the Priory. - Access to the Priory is restricted to guests staying at the property and not to all visitors.
