The Château de la Vicomté enjoys an exceptional location. Just 5 minutes from the center of Blois, it benefits from its proximity to the national forest, at the crossroads of the most beautiful castles of the Loire.
First residence of the Counts of Blois, then of the Kings, already mentioned in 886 under the name of “Vauperreux”, it will become their hunting domain after the construction of the current Château de Blois. Louis XII will establish it as a fiefdom and castle and will grant the title “Vicomté” to it and to its owners.
It will always remain inhabited by familiar lords of the Court, from whom it retains the charm of large houses where the proximity to nature, the site and the quality of the guests gave an exceptional value to the receptions organized there.
Today, we have selected, for you, service providers capable of meeting all your expectations but they are not imposed. We welcome you for all family, professional, associative, advertising or cinematographic events, and remain open all year round.
