A very nice discovery, this seaside restaurant, with its refined cuisine, its pleasant and delicately chosen decor, the reserved and cordial welcome of its waiters.
We tasted a tuna tournedos, its sauce vierge and its artichokes (exquisite), a veal tartare with truffle and its mashed potatoes with olives (very good), a pavlova with red fruits (delicious) and a bottle of rosé wine cuvée Prao.
The music is original and pleasant to listen to (arranged covers of hits from all eras)
Yes, it's true, the prices are not cheap, but no restaurant is cheap in Sainte Maxime.. So, if you have to pay a lot, you might as well be offered refined cuisine.. And here, it's the case!
