Our Garden Chapel is open-aired and features manicured gardens encasing your aisle entrance while the natural landscape of Whistle Bear’s golf course provides the perfect backdrop for your wedding. A retractable peaked roof provides complete protection from the weather. While our main wedding reception spaces are inside, each inspired room has access to private outdoor space for cocktails and connecting in warmer months, and potential for cozy fire pits on cooler days. Our passionate team will ensure that you have the opportunity for wedding photographs throughout our property. Take a golf cart to explore our unique forested areas, acres of greenspace and rolling hills, our signature waterfall, and so much more. Our packages vary based on our couples needs and desires, please inquire for full details! All packages include the use of our beautiful wedding space, chairs, custom wood harvest tables, all plate and flatware, all staff, and a lead event coordinator to guide you on your day.
Forestview Room & Terrace
A truly grand space, the Forestview Room, with its 20-foot ceilings and exposed hand-carved pine beams, lends its splendour best to a wedding reception. Casement windows and a private terrace offer breathtaking views overlooking the golf course and a vista that includes the nearby forest and inspiring sunsets.
The Grandview Room & Terrace
This romantic and inviting room features a stunning 20-foot mirrored vaulted ceiling with intricate wood-carved details and beautiful crystal chandeliers. While windows on two sides bring natural light into the room, a striking fireplace draws you in and creates a stylish focal point and backdrop.Adding an al fresco touch is the room’s private outdoor garden.
The Rose Room & Terrace
With surrounding windows, this room captures Whistle Bear’s natural landscape, while the elegant 20-foot ceiling with exposed hand-carved beams and beautiful crystal chandeliers add a romantic touch. A private outdoor terrace, overlooking the golf course, is the perfect place for pre and post dinner cocktails.
The Woodland Room
Modern sophistication and contemporary furnishings provide a stunning backdrop for hosting any intimate gathering. While windows on three sides of the room provide an airy ambiance, the feature fireplace adds luxury and comfort no matter the time of year. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and a wonderful ambiance that made our special day even more magical. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. A special thanks to Melinda and Riley, who were absolutely fantastic. I recently had my wedding at Whistle Bear, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Melinda was our coordinator she was very knowledgeable and assuring everything would run smoothly the day of and she wasn't wrong! From the moment we got to the venue for the ceremony, to cocktail hour, reception and the FOOD!! AMAZING. It was honestly the perfect day.. still in aw. We didn't have one complaint, and everyone is still talking about our wedding to this day. Thank you so much for everything your staff did Whistle bear blew us away.. everything was exactly how we pictured and more! Lauren, Julia and the entire Whistle Bear team helped plan, organize and execute our big day. The decor was everything we imagined and more. The ceremony and reception rooms looked absolutely stunning and seeing them for the first time nearly brought tears to my eyes. On top of that, the entire day was flawless. Everything ran on schedule, nothing went wrong as far as we're aware...We got married at Whistle Bear on December 10, 2022 and we couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. The venue was very accommodating with all the COVID changes. Our consultant, Leah, was excellent throughout the entire planning process and very patiently answered all of our many questions. The staff went above and beyond to help bring our wedding vision to life and make the day special. Our team on the wedding day was very professional and did a great job. The food was delicious! Our entire planning process with Whistle Bear was streamlined and straightforward, which as a stressed out bride, I really needed.
