Gather with friends and family to share memories and stories, or do a live butterfly release as a unique way to honour and remember the one you’ve lost. Paying tribute to the passing of a loved one is difficult. Allow our staff to help you plan a service that is as meaningful and special as the life you’re remembering. As a wedding venue for a memorial or celebration of life, Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory is conveniently located one hour west of Toronto, central to Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, and Brantford. A wedding ceremony package includes: - Exclusive two-hour rental of the Butterfly Conservatory for your ceremony and photographs; either 8am to 10am or 5pm to 7pm (additional time can be added to our evening time slot) - Consultation with Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory’s Wedding Coordinator(s) - A celebratory release of live butterflies in the Conservatory - A wedding rehearsal (subject to availability) - Ceremony Only Booking: Use of our wedding dressing room on the day of the ceremony - Ceremony & Reception Booking: Use of our wedding dressing room on the day of the ceremony from 3pm to 12am - Up to 40 white chairs (standing room also available) - Use of outdoor grounds for photos - Vendor Recommendation List (upon request) - Optional use of our in-house speaker and microphone A wedding reception at Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory grants you and your guests exclusive use of the entire facility including the butterfly conservatory, front foyer, both galleries, dining room, and private wedding dressing room.
