Food and Beverages at the Gem Event Centre

In addition to its beautiful architecture and magical landscape, the Gem ensures delicious wedding menus with plenty of customization options, from plated meals to buffets. All options feature high-quality, fresh ingredients and excellent presentations.

The food is prepared by the Gem’s catering partners, who specialize in different food styles and are ready to accommodate various dietary styles and food allergies. Some catering partners specialize in French-Italian cuisine with an added Asian twist!

The bar has ciders, domestic beer, craft and non-alcoholic beer, cocktails, spirits and premium wine selection. The standard beverage package includes freshly brewed coffee, an extensive tea selection, and fruit juices.

Ceremony and reception inclusions at the Gem

Highlights of the Ceremony inclusions at this romantic wedding venue in the Canadian Rockies include:

• Setup of the Gem’s items

Reception inclusions are v venue staff for the setup and tear down and bar staff. The catering staff fee is included with the food price and charged separately. Please keep in mind that the staff isn’t responsible for the items from outside vendors’ transportation, handling and teardown.
