This catering package is designed to enable you to plan a successful wedding at one of BC’s premiere private clubs. The Dunsmuir Room The Dunsmuir room has its own entrance. This room is located in the west side of theclubhouse and can comfortably up to 48 people boasting a bay window overlooking the fourth hole green and Rhododendron practice area garden. The Sayward Room This is our most popular banquet space. It includes the main bar located adjacent to the Eileen Anderson room and also connects via a partition wall to the Anderson and Dunsmuir rooms. It can accommodate up to 64 people for a sit down meal. The Sayward also features a floor to ceiling arch window and opens to the spacious patio overlooking our championship golf course. The Eileen Anderson Room $ This room is one half of our full-sized banquet room. It is suitable for a sit down meal for up to 56 guests. Our main bar is located directly in front and the room opens onto a patio with spectacular views of the fifth fairway.
