Oakview Terrace offers its stunning chapel for indoor wedding ceremonies. The chapel has the authentic country charm of southwestern Ontario with classic pew seating and rich wooden décor. Spectacular vaulted timber frame and skylight ceiling.
Wedding Reception at Oakview Terrace
The indoor reception Centre caters to weddings with 50 to 200 guests in various seating arrangements. You can host a classic seated wedding reception or cocktail party with a more casual flair.
The interior features a neutral colour pallet and smooth, clean lines, ideal for customization. Details such as cathedral ceiling, fireplace, large windows, attractive chandeliers and great views of the gardens, give the room its distinctive character.
A part of the venue’s top-notch service is the excellent cuisine. Choose between platters, hors d’oeuvres and beverage packages to elevate your wedding. All menu options are customizable, and the venue allows third-party vendors for cake. The cake-cutting fee applies if you decide to serve your cake as dessert.

The thing that set it aside from other venues was that the food was on point. Never had I had such fresh/hot appetizers during cocktail hour as well as dinner. I guess it helps that the kitchen is steps away from the dining hall as well. It's a medium sized venue. Had a good experience here as a guest for a wedding.Beautiful wedding venue. The venue manager, May, was a dream to work with. She was absolutely amazing, very accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day would go smoothly. We didn't have a wedding planner, so May took extra care to make sure everything was coordinated. We had a traditional Chinese menu and the food was delicious. The staff were all very kind and helped whenever they could. [...]We had our wedding at Oakview Terrace last week and it was the most wonderful experience! Attended a fall wedding and reception in the middle of October at this location and we fell in love with this place. From the cute wooden chapel that can host your wedding ceremonies, to the open yard armed with seating, gazebos, and beautiful landscapes & plants, to the main hall with a bar, restrooms, and reception lobby. Leading up to it, the coordinator May was extremely helpful with email communication, always available to answer any questions or concerns. The day of our wedding we had to make a few changes to the tables and Denver was also very helpful in organizing this for us. The grounds themselves are extremely beautiful and especially in the fall was so nice with the changing colours. The food was delicious.
