We had Patrick as our officiant, Jessalyn as our wedding coordinator and Michelle as our photographer. We couldn’t have asked for a better team! Our ceremony was so beautiful and the reception was the best night of our life. The team made the wedding planning process so seamless. The internal teams all coordinated well with each other and made a seamless experience. Our coordinator, Charlene, was a huge help from the very beginning until the day of. She answered all of our countless questions in a timely manner and was very reassuring when things could have been stressful. We highly recommend Newlands if you want a smooth and easy planning experience at good value.We really appreciated how the venue was all inclusive and took care of many details. After the ceremony, with great precision they quickly converted the room into a beautiful dining room complete with scrumptious buffet! Throughout the evening of speeches and dancing, staff provided a high level of friendly service, as well as the extra duties of clean up after some of our young todlers. Excellent service, food, and venue!Attended a wedding in the atrium which was beautifully decorated for the ceremony. After the ceremony, with great precision they quickly converted the room into a beautiful dining room complete with scrumptious buffet! How much does a wedding at Newlands cost?
Our all-inclusive wedding packages start at $5,600. Pricing depends on your selected ballroom and guest count. We’d be happy to provide a customized quote based on your wedding vision.
How many guests can Newlands accommodate?
We offer a variety of beautiful ballrooms that can host intimate weddings of 40 guests all the way up to 600 guests, making Newlands the perfect venue for celebrations of any size.
Are taxes and gratuities included?
Yes! Our Club Wedding Package includes all taxes and gratuities, so there are no hidden fees. We believe in transparent pricing so you know exactly what to expect.
Can we bring in our own vendors?
Our all-inclusive Club Wedding Package features some of the Lower Mainland’s top wedding professionals. To ensure the highest quality service and a seamless experience, weddings booked through our package use our preferred vendor team.
What deposit is required to reserve our date?
To secure your wedding date, we require a $2,000 deposit.
● Weddings using multiple ballrooms require a $2,000 deposit per ballroom.
● For weddings in the Conservatory, we require a $2,000 initial deposit, followed by $2,000 every four months, all other ballrooms require a $2,000 deposit then $1,000 every 4-months, creating an easy payment schedule throughout your planning journey.
Do we need to hire an outside wedding coordinator?
No. Since our all-inclusive package includes the vendors needed for your wedding day, an outside coordinator isn’t necessary. Our experienced team works closely together to guide you through the planning process and ensure everything runs smoothly on your wedding day.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
No. In accordance with Newlands Golf & Country Club’s liquor licence, all alcohol must be supplied by the venue. The good news is that we handle all licensing and service, so you won’t need to worry about obtaining permits or coordinating alcohol yourself.
Can we bring in outside catering or food?
All food and beverages are provided by Newlands Golf & Country Club. We offer a variety of menu options, including Western and South Asian cuisine, allowing you to customize your dining experience to suit your celebration.
Do you provide stationery and signage?
Yes! Our package includes:
