Mayfair Lakes gives you elegant, versatile spaces to bring your wedding vision to life. Say “I do” at “The Island,” a breathtaking outdoor ceremony site built in 2003, surrounded by water and lush greenery for a truly memorable setting. Afterward, celebrate with your guests in one of two beautiful reception rooms, each with its own private patio and spectacular views.

The Greenside Room: This spacious 2,451 sq. ft. ballroom blends traditional charm with modern touches like hardwood floors and chandeliers. It comfortably hosts up to 180 guests for a sit-down dinner and dance or 200 for a cocktail-style event.
The Lakeside Room: For a cozier vibe, this 1,783 sq. ft. room features high wood ceilings and a stone fireplace, ideal for up to 90 guests dining and dancing or 125 for cocktails.

Catering and Services

Your wedding meal will be in expert hands. The Executive Chef and culinary team craft customized menus tailored to your tastes, whether you prefer buffet, plated dinners, cocktail receptions, or food stations. We had our wedding at Mayfair over the weekend and it was perfection! First off, Jenn is an absolutely pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. So kind, patient, organized, and quick to respond. The food was amazing - our guests found it so delicious "best wedding food" was the compliment we got :). Lastly, the venue is just absolutely gorgeous, the staff were accommodating, and affordable in terms of buffet options and ceremony cost.We had our wedding at Mayfair over the weekend and it was perfection! We are so happy with our experience at Mayfair Lakes. We had to make so many adjustments due to COVID and even cancelled our reception but they were very accommodating with all our requests. The venue was absolutely beautiful, we hardly needed any decor because the ceremony space was well kept and the flowers were in full bloom. You couldn't tell that you were in a busy golf course because it was so private and quiet in their ceremony area. Yvonne was amazing to work with.We are so happy with our experience at Mayfair Lakes. We had to make so many adjustments due to COVID and even cancelled our reception but they were very accommodating with all our requests. I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at Mayfair at the end of June. What a lovely setting to say, "I do!" The ceremony site on "Love Island" was beautifully decorated, and the reception in the Greenside Room was lovely, too! Beautiful venue. Just had wedding here and Jennifer helped us out so well for organizing the entire process; making us feel well taken care of. The food staff were so good from serving drinks to the table to ushering the guests to the buffet line. Food was phenomenal. Amazing value for such an amazing venue. They had so much ready to set up that planning was much easier than it had to be if we decided on another place. Thank you all so much for a successful and unforgettable wedding.Beautiful venue. Just had wedding here and Jennifer helped us out so well for organizing the entire process; making us feel well taken care of. The food staff were so good from serving drinks to the table to ushering the guests to the buffet line. Food was phenomenal. Amazing value for such an amazing venue. I had a wedding at Mayfair and their team is so amazing! Jennifer is very hands-on and made sure everything is set for the wedding. The garden is so astonishing, the crews are lovely and food is one of the great highlights as well for our wedding! Sunset is the best part of our photoshoot. Overall they are excellent and I would highly recommend them to friends & colleagues.I had a wedding at Mayfair and their team is so amazing!
