Clymont Community Hall offers a picturesque and highly customizable setting for your wedding day. Located conveniently between Spruce Grove, Devon, and West Edmonton, our venue combines the charm of the Alberta countryside with the accessibility of being near the Edmonton International Airport, River Cree Resort, and University of Alberta Botanical Gardens.
Whether you are dreaming of a rustic outdoor ceremony or a grand indoor gala, our perennial gardens, towering mature trees, and expansive green spaces provide a stunning backdrop for both your "I dos" and your forever photos.
Facility and Capacity
Clymont Community Hall is perfectly suited for mid-to-large-scale celebrations, comfortably hosting between 150 and 300 guests. Our amenities are designed to provide a seamless transition from ceremony to reception:
- The Main Hall: A spacious, air-conditioned banquet hall featuring a massive 39' x 40' dance floor, a dedicated stage, and a separate buffet serving room.
- The Gardens & Gazebo: A romantic outdoor gazebo surrounded by lush perennial gardens and a tranquil fountain—ideal for summer ceremonies.
- The Grounds: Plenty of open field space for unique photography and a designated weekend camping area for guests who want to stay close to the magic.
Services Offered
Our dedicated team of volunteers is committed to helping you bring your vision to life. We offer a comprehensive Weekend Rental Package (Friday–Sunday) to ensure you have ample time for setup, celebration, and takedown without the rush.
Included in your booking:
- In-house Bartending: Professional service from one hour prior to dinner until last call.
- Furniture: 30 round or rectangular tables (seating 8-10 each) and chairs
- Audio-Visual Suite: A full sound system including microphones, projector, and a hearing loop for guests who are hard of hearing.
- Recreation: Use of the BBQ building for rehearsal lunches, plus camping, fire pit, horseshoe pits, bunnock pits, and a playground to keep guests of all ages entertained.
