Bridlewoods Event Center is situated on Chilliwack Lake Road in the scenic Fraser Valley, offering great views and a spectacular backdrop. Facilities have been designed to work in harmony with nature and create a stylish setting for your wedding day.
The venue has lovely grounds and a dedicated area for the romantic outdoor ceremony. Reception happens inside, a state-of-the-art building with soaring ceilings and large windows. Bridlewoods Event Centre features an open-slate design and is highly versatile and suitable for personalization.

Stunning Ceremony Site at Bridlewoods Event Centre
Outdoor, the ceremony happens at a sophisticated pergola with a mountain in the background. Indoor, you can exchange vows in rustic rooms with tall timber beams, floor-to-ceiling windows and attractive chandeliers.
Reception at Bridlewoods Event Centre
The reception venue at Bridlewoods is spacious and elegant, with white draping and string lights. Grey Wolf Bar is an iconic bar with extraordinary drinks sections, a standard inclusion in all wedding packages.
The venue is licensed for 300 guests and can support various floor layouts.
Three wedding packages are available at Bridlewood Event Centre, offering all-inclusive service or venue rental.
Package one is a venue-only bundle with the following inclusions:
- Access to Bridal Suite
- Welcome champagne
- The ceremony and reception are rented and set up
- Sound system, Wireless microphone, podium
- Fully-equipped bar
- Tables and chairs
- Wedding coordinator
- Rehearsal
The all-inclusive package features extra services, such as:
- DJ service
- Caterer
- Decoration
- Wine service during dinner
The pricing depends on your season and the day of the week. Bridlewoods provides discounts for weddings organized from Sunday to Thursday.
The third package, a boutique package, features a buffet dinner, bar service, dessert, punch and DJ service as well as all inclusions in the mentioned packages. It is available for wedding receptions with 60 guests any day between November and April, and from Sunday to Thursday between May and October.
Must Know about Weddings at Bridlewoods Event Centre
Keep in mind the following if you are considering getting married at Briddlewoods:
- A minimum of 80 people is required to book Bridlewoods for your wedding day
- Rehearsal is available the week before the wedding
- The last call at the bar is at 11.30, and the venue closes at midnight
- For packages which don’t include catering, Bridlewoods lets you choose your caterer
- The venue doesn’t offer accommodation on-site, but there are plenty of options nearby
- Bridlewoods organizes weddings for all couples without discrimination or judgment

When I went to view the venue in December, before it was even complete, I knew it would be the place for our dream wedding. I connected with Tracey and we got to work right away. I felt like I knew her forever...it felt like she was just as excited as I was which created such a positive working relationship and helped the planning feel seamless. We went with their food, dj, decor package and it was absolutely worth it.We had our wedding at Bridlewoods on July 2, 2022. All I can say is...wow. When I went to view the venue in December, before it was even complete, I knew it would be the place for our dream wedding. I connected with Tracey and we got to work right away. I felt like I knew her forever...it felt like she was just as excited as I was which created such a positive working relationship and helped the planning feel seamless. The space was big, clean, and perfect for a big event. The only downside is that the parking lot is all rocks/gravel still so walking from there in heels is a little tough, and driving on that isn’t ideal, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, great spot for someone to choose to host their wedding or next big event! I visited here for a wedding. The area where the ceremony was held was beautiful. The space was big, clean, and perfect for a big event. Turrey (the wedding coordinator) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. She handled any concerns and attended to all of our needs. We decided to go with the package upgrade and all the vendors were amazing. The DJ was excellent, decor was beautiful and the food was top notch. Our family and friends were all impressed. Highly recommended! What a beautiful venue! We could not have been happier with Bridlewoods for our daughter's wedding. We had a wedding of about 110 people and there was tons of room! Love the option for a ceremony location switch incase of bad weather! Beautiful venue highly recommend!
