This unique wedding venue sits on 41 acres of pristine forested grounds along the shores of Stave Lake, providing a picturesque backdrop for your special day. Facilities Host your wedding reception dinner in the spacious gymnasium, which can accommodate all of your guests comfortably. The ranch also features an amphitheatre for your wedding ceremony, seating up to 110 guests. The dining room is perfect for other wedding-related events, while the lodge lounges, sporting field, and covered picnic area offer additional space for up to 40 guests. Services Let the venue take care of the details with meals provided and staff available to assist with event planning and execution. Tables, folding chairs, paper napkins, dinnerware, cutlery, power cords, and extension cords are all included to make your wedding day stress-free. Accommodations After celebrating, your guests can unwind in one of the ranch's three comfortable lodging facilities. An overnight rate includes three meals and a one-night stay, with the option to add an extra night for an additional cost. Guests can enjoy an evening snack and continental breakfast before your wedding day. Activities Experience the great outdoors with a variety of activities available at the ranch, including horseback riding, rock climbing, canoeing, kayaking, archery, and more. Guests can also relax by the pool facility or explore the beautiful surroundings. Is smoking/vaping permitted?

Yes. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

Can we cook at the ranch?

No. Zajac Ranch cooks and caters to all meals. Food from outside is not permitted with the exception of your wedding cake, cupcakes, or other wedding novelty items.

If guests are not sleeping over what time do they need to leave the ranch?

Guests must be out by midnight. The gated entrance is locked each evening to help keep your overnight guests safe.

How far away is Mission?

The Mission city center is a half-hour drive from the ranch

Is there a curfew for music?

Yes. Music should be shut off by 12:00 AM and everyone departed from the venue. Last call for alcohol is also 111:30 PM. Please be mindful of the staff and your guests staying at the ranch.

Can I order more food after I arrive at the ranch?

No. All food and meal choices should be agreed upon and paid for prior to the event. If you request additional food while at the ranch you must sign for it and the charge will be deducted from your damage deposit.

Can I bring candles for the ceremony/reception dinner?

No. Open flames, lanterns, or candles are not permitted at the ranch at any time; alternatively, you may consider using LED lights or fairy lights

Does Zajac Ranch have a bar?

Alcohol & bar service is the responsibility of the nearlyweds. Groups must hire a licensed beverage service company or obtain and provide a BC Special Occasions Licence. For more info go to: solo.bcldb.com

Can I bring food?

Zajac Ranch supplies and cooks all food. Due to the dietary restrictions of our campers, Zajac Ranch is a nut-aware environment. Groups are not permitted to bring their own food to the ranch with the exception of wedding cake/cupcakes, and pre-packaged nut-free snacks

Can we put a tent on the playing field?

No. Unfortunately, we don’t permit tents on the playing field; the field is highly maintained for summer camps, school trips, and outdoor groups all year round. There are other options on-site for tents, so we can discuss this with you during a tour and get creative!
