No. Zajac Ranch cooks and caters to all meals. Food from outside is not permitted with the exception of your wedding cake, cupcakes, or other wedding novelty items.
Guests must be out by midnight. The gated entrance is locked each evening to help keep your overnight guests safe.
The Mission city center is a half-hour drive from the ranch
Yes. Music should be shut off by 12:00 AM and everyone departed from the venue. Last call for alcohol is also 111:30 PM. Please be mindful of the staff and your guests staying at the ranch.
No. All food and meal choices should be agreed upon and paid for prior to the event. If you request additional food while at the ranch you must sign for it and the charge will be deducted from your damage deposit.
No. Open flames, lanterns, or candles are not permitted at the ranch at any time; alternatively, you may consider using LED lights or fairy lights
Alcohol & bar service is the responsibility of the nearlyweds. Groups must hire a licensed beverage service company or obtain and provide a BC Special Occasions Licence. For more info go to: solo.bcldb.com
Zajac Ranch supplies and cooks all food. Due to the dietary restrictions of our campers, Zajac Ranch is a nut-aware environment. Groups are not permitted to bring their own food to the ranch with the exception of wedding cake/cupcakes, and pre-packaged nut-free snacks
No. Unfortunately, we don’t permit tents on the playing field; the field is highly maintained for summer camps, school trips, and outdoor groups all year round. There are other options on-site for tents, so we can discuss this with you during a tour and get creative!
