Bradford Barn is a picturesque farm estate situated on a sprawling, forested country landscape just outside the town of Bradford, north of Newmarket, minutes from the 400 and 88 highways. This rustic heritage farm offers an authentic atmosphere with a unique variety of indoor and open air wedding spaces. Enjoy the lavish experience of a day exclusively your own! Our custom built Grain Bin Bar, cocktail area and fire pit provide a refreshing, yet elegant mingling area for your guests. Our unique TWO STOREY heritage Barn with extensive decking provides beautiful vistas and stunning views of the surrounding country side. The wedding space boasts top of the line audio system, professional stage and lighting. What’s Included? Seriously…what isn’t?! - Exclusive use of our two-storey heritage Barn and our experienced staff to assist you throughout the day. We only host one event per day so you will receive our undivided attention. - A DJ will be provided from the time of your reception onwards. - Choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony area complete with wooden arbor and signing table. Indoor options are always available in case of rainy or inclement weather! - Stunning photo opportunities throughout the 100-acre property. - Complimentary rehearsal can be booked Monday through Thursday. - Access to our Private Bridal Suite and Man Cave complete with pool table and foosball. - Floorplan design for dinner seating. And with our compliments, you will have access to and setup of our photo booth, decorative wooden crates, card box, table numbers, galvanized buckets, lanterns, mason jars…just to name a few!

The venue itself is breathtakingThe venue itself is breathtaking
There are not enough words to describe how amazing this venue is. The pictures I am sharing hardly do it any justice! You will not be disappointed going to tour this venue for whatever event you are planning. My husband and I got married at The Bradford Barn in October of 2022. The venue itself is breathtaking. It is very well maintained, and the gardens are beautiful! The ceremony space overlooks a beautiful field (we were lucky enough to still have the corn stalks in the background)There are not enough words to describe how amazing this venue is. The pictures I am sharing hardly do it any justice! You will not be disappointed going to tour this venue for whatever event you are planning. I have no words to describe how amazing and perfect our wedding day was at The Bradford Barn. The property & venue itself are absolutely amazing! Huge shoutout to Soula the wedding coordinator for helping me through all the planning & keeping me organized throughout the months leading up to my wedding day , I couldn’t have done it without her. Soula was there the day of the wedding and made sure everything was ready to go & organized so that I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of!I have no words to describe how amazing and perfect our wedding day was at The Bradford Barn. The property & venue itself are absolutely amazing! Huge shoutout to Soula the wedding coordinator for helping me through all the planning & keeping me organized throughout the months leading up to my wedding day , I couldn’t have done it without her. Soula was there the day of the wedding and made sure everything was ready to go & organized so that I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of!

We had our fall wedding at this venue and from start to finish the team were kind, friendly and flexible. They were extremely accommodating with any of our requests and we wish we could go back to the beginning to relive it all again!! I highly recommend this venue and all of our guests complimented the venue and the barn all night!! It was extremely affordable and we are so thankful we found the Bradford barn. My only disappointment is that it was over!! We had our fall wedding at this venue and from start to finish the team were kind, friendly and flexible. They were extremely accommodating with any of our requests and we wish we could go back to the beginning to relive it all again!! I highly recommend this venue and all of our guests complimented the venue and the barn all night!! It was extremely affordable and we are so thankful we found the Bradford barn. The outdoor ceremony space is set a few steps up to a deck with a wooden arch and a view for miles! Guests can enjoy a gazebo, a spot for outdoor games, a bar, patio and fire pit. There are separate suites for the bride and groom and their wedding party to get ready and relax.
