Get away from it all and celebrate in your own unique way … just over 2.5 hours from Melbourne. Our wedding Manager Pip takes care of all the details – from decor and setup through to refreshments, catering and music – allowing you to completely relax and enjoy your wedding day under the river redgums and your night under the stars. Why not stay a few days in our modern and spacious studios, 2 and 3 bedroom villas? We offer full access to the pool, romantic cave spas, tennis court and more, and also can even host a brunch on your final morning for you and your guests. Most of our Wedding Couples choose Tindarra because it becomes a weekend away with family and friends that will never be forgotten. Spend the day before your Wedding onsite! See the full set up of your Ceremony and Reception the day before your big day with the ability to place your final touches on the styling. Have the boys relax in our hot spas, have a pamper night with the girls in our Villa’s or we can arrange a Pre-Wedding Dinner booking at a local restaurant for both the boys and the girls to spend time together before you part your separate ways for the evening. Your Wedding weekend can then conclude the morning after your Wedding reminiscing on the night before with your family and friends while Tindarra puts on a Garden Buffet Breakfast on the banks of the Murray River.

    Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to you and all the staff at Tindarra. Jackson and I had the best weekend and can't thank you enough for all of your hard work. A lot of work went into the night and we couldn't have done it without you. Everyone loved the resort and had a great weekend.     Everything for our wedding was perfect. I always dreamed of arriving to my ceremony by boat and the Tindarra team were helpful to make it happen. This venue was also the best option for back-up rain plans. The morning of our wedding was pouring with rain and the Tindarra team were in close contact, letting me know they can move the ceremony undercover with just 15 mins notice. So we were able to make the call at the very last minute and the sun came out just in time, so we could keep it outdoors! The food was also amazing, we had a cocktail style wedding and every guest said there was so much food and all delicious. Can’t recommend this venue enough - being able to have the guests stay on site also gave a real festival feel to the whole weekend. Everything for our wedding was perfect.     Our wedding wasn’t just a day, it was an entire weekend and it was honestly the best decision we made. Being able to have everyone stay onsite meant we could relax, spend real time with our guests, and properly soak it all in without rushing. Our friends and family absolutely loved it, the atmosphere, the convenience, and the fact that no one had to leave early or worry about travel. Even now, people still bring it up and talk about how amazing the whole weekend was. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would do it all again in a heartbeatOur wedding wasn’t just a day, it was an entire weekend and it was honestly the best decision we made.     The wedding day went off without a hitch. The staff setting up the wedding were so lovely and accommodating. As a cake decorator I have delivered many cakes to venues and your staff were so helpful especially with me being the mother of the bride and trying to set the cake up when it suited me not them. My husband was setting up all the signage and they were so helpful to him as well. A special shoutout to Pip who on the day was running the whole show, she was amazing.The wedding day went off without a hitch. The staff setting up the wedding were so lovely and accommodating. Do you offer on-site accommodation

With onsite accommodation everything is in the one place. Your guests can select from three and two-bedroom villas or studio apartments, all of which are all fully self-contained with kitchen, laundry, main bathroom and large living areas. Our modern villas can sleep a total of 106 guests with additional people on trundle beds. Our recommended bridal villas accommodate the bride and groom parties over the wedding weekend in separate areas of the Resort. 

How do we book ?

Tentative Bookings:

A tentative hold can be placed on your preferred date for 2 weeks

To Book:

To confirm a booking, a $1500 non-refundable deposit is required accompanied by the signed contract and exclusivity form. This deposit will be allocated towards the total cost of your wedding at Tindarra Resort

Balance:

Final numbers are due 14 days out from the Wedding with final invoice due no later than 7 days prior. Couples may choose to pay the Wedding off over the course of their booking in instalments if they wish.

Can you help me source suppliers ?

Absolutely! In fact the moment you book I send out a number of documents to help you along the way. This includes a suppliers list (who we know are the best), photo locations, budgeting tips a general 'What's Next' guide and much more! If there's anything that's not on the list, I can make suggestions and keep you on the right path for your vision and budget.

Do I need to hire a wedding planner ?

No, you don't need to hire a wedding planner as you have me included! It is my job to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and nothing is missed. I am there for you from the initial contact till the night after your wedding. I'm here to help you through the entire process, bounce ideas off, talk about the nightmares you've been having and bring you a tissue or a drink at the exact moment you need it.

Do I need to bring in catering or beverages ?

We work closely with our favourite catering team Two tarts catering and have done so for many years. They offer a range of different food options including your standard canapes and sit down options. We also have a fully functioning bar with a range of on tap items and plenty of wines to choose from.
