What is your minimum guest requirement?

For exclusive private events, we require a minimum of 50 guests. If numbers fall below this, a 75% per-person charge applies. Please note, children are not included in the minimum guest count.

What are your wedding time options?

We offer flexible wedding packages to suit your day. Day weddings run from 11am–4pm, and evening weddings from 4pm–1am. For couples wanting a full celebration (11am–1am), a $3,000 venue hire fee applies.

Do prices change on weekends or public holidays?

Our pricing remains consistent throughout the year, regardless of season or weekend dates. However, weddings held on long weekends or public holidays incur an additional $3,000 venue fee.

Can we customize the menu?

You’ll be able to choose from our carefully curated standard menu. As we work with seasonal produce, some dishes may vary slightly to ensure the freshest quality for your event.

What deposit is required to secure a booking?

A $2,500 deposit is required to secure your wedding date. This confirms your booking and indicates acceptance of our terms and conditions.

When is final payment due?

To ensure everything runs smoothly, full payment is required 14 days prior to your wedding day.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change, however all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within one week of the event will result in forfeiture of the remaining balance.

Do you offer off-site catering?

Yes, we offer off-site catering services including food, crockery, kitchen setup, and clean-down. Please note tables and chairs are not included. A 33% discount applies, with the same minimum guest requirements as our venue events.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, we can accommodate most dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergies. Please provide all details at least 14 days prior to your event so we can ensure everything is properly prepared.

Can we arrange a site visit or tasting before booking?

Absolutely. We welcome couples to visit The Perch to experience the venue and discuss their wedding plans. Tastings or menu previews can also be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
