The property is only a 1.5 hour drive from Sydney and just under two hours from Canberra making it a convenient wedding location for so many guests. You have the choice of three unique, private and exclusive wedding venues for your reception; The Produce Barn (circa 1918), Seats: 50-120 people Cocktail 150 people, The Cellar Door has influences from provincial France and early Australia in its design. Featuring a large open fireplace, 17th and 19th century antique tables and farmhouse windows looking out across the lawn to the rolling hills in the background. Seats: 40 people [60 Inc. veranda], and the new Mt Ashby venue seating 100 - 200 people. The wedding property offers so many beautiful photo opportunities and other highlights including the original silo, stables, ancient trees, beautiful dam complete with a family of local geese and of course the gorgeous Mount Ashby Vineyard so you can stroll amongst the vines.

How many guests can you host?
We have 4 event spaces available for hire.
Produce shed can host up to 100 guests
SANT' ALBA Restaurant can host up to 80 guests
The Piazza (with a marquee) can host up to 300 guests
The new venue can host up to 200 guests

Ceremonies are held amongst the vineyard overlooking the lake
What cuisine do you offer?
We specialize in premium Italian cuisine, offering shared feasting menus and elegant plated options. We also offer elements of European & Mediterranean inspired dishes & platters.
Can we host both ceremony and reception onsite?
Absolutely. Many couples choose to enjoy their entire wedding day at the estate.
Do you offer exclusive use?
Yes, weddings enjoy exclusive access to the estate. Depending on your event space , a fee will apply.
Is there accommodation nearby?
There are several charming Southern Highlands accommodation options close to the estate with 10 to 15 minutes.
Can we provide external catering options ?
Mount Ashby Estate offers premium Italian Cuisine. Should you wish to provide another choice of cuisine, this must be pre approved by the venue.
Are we allowed to style the venue ?
Styling is welcome to enhance the gorgeous features of our venues. Ceiling installations, lighting and sound must be organized through the venue.
