Great for our wedding. Hidden garden was amazing. Staff however, well, was a wedding with open bar, and guests had to chase staff for drinks, not to mention kitchen DESTROYED our wedding cake with poor excuses given.

The staff's service was lovely and the hotel stay was beautiful, you made my wedding day feel really special! Another shout out for hosting the vaccination clinic and being so lovely to the vaccination staff, we will always appreciate you and your savoury scones 😊

I recently had my wedding here and it was Magical!!!! Such beautiful grounds my photos are BEAUTIFUL!! Mercure made my wedding Cake and it was AMAZING!!! Bernadette took care of EVERYTHING she went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly and on track .. my only concern is check in being 2 pm is way too late for bridal party and guests traveling from Melbourne it was Extremely inconvenient!! Other than that i highly recommend this place

We had our wedding at The Mercure on 2/9/23 and it was amazing. Everything looked beautiful, everything was clean, the staff were all very lovely. They price for a Wedding there is among the cheapest we had found and it was a one stop shop. Ceremony, Reception, Photos and accommodation all on site. We had Nadia as our event coordinator and she was incredible. Gave us ideas we hadn't thought of but also total creative freedom for the space.

Stayed here as part of a wedding, challenging due to the room being ready late we were super pushed for time. Thankfully the wedding venue was attached to the hotel (Willow & Stone) fabulous gate access for ease. |The grounds are beautiful, the room was very tired and requires some serious attention especially for the price. It's showing its's age and there is lots of surface damage, the bathroom is very old and needs replacement.
