Wedding Ceremony at Lakes Hotel

The hotel has stylish reception rooms, providing you peace of mind while not having to worry about the weather. You can still enjoy the views of the sparkling water from two ceremony rooms at the hotel:

• Lakeside room: capacity: standing: 150 guests, seating: 100 guests
• Southbank Room & Annex: capacity: standing: 120 guests, seating: 60 guests

You can personalise the space, and include with the venue fee are:

• Signing table and chairs
• Guests seating
• Microphone 
• In-house sound system

Lake Hotel Wedding Reception

In addition to excellent function facilities, the Lake Hotel provides an in-house event manager for your special day and offers a bespoke wedding menu. Therefore, you can be confident that everything will go according to plan and reflect your preferences.

The reception rooms accommodate intimate weddings with under 20 guests and large-scale gatherings with up to 250+ guests. For example, the Lakefront banquet room features floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic water views, fairy lights, elegant décor and an inviting atmosphere for a maximum of 130 standing people or 100 seated people. 

The function centre is suitable for 300 standing or 250 seated guests.

Southbank Room and Annex is the smallest venue, it is suitable for 60 seated and 80 standing guests. Lakeside room accommodates 150 standing and 100 seated guests.

Food and Beverage 

Food packages at Lake Hotel are customizable and include:

• Buffet: Hot, cold and dessert buffet items
• Share menu: One cold, 2 hot options and 2 sides, wedding cake cakeage
• Alternate drop menu: Antipasto, 2 entrees, main course, dessert and cakeage
• Canape menu for 2-hour reception: 8 items per person: vege, gourmet, substantial and dessert
• Grazing table: Antipasto
• Kids menu

Every menu can be enhanced with additional food items per person or deluxe or special dinner swaps.

Beverage options include unlimited drink packages: Gold, silver and diamond, or setting up a bar tab with pre-selected beverages. A minimum spend applies to the bar tab and each venue hire.

Additional Inclusions

The Lake Hotel provides a complimentary one-night stay in an Executive spa suite with breakfast and late check-out.
