Our air conditioned venue, with beautiful parquet floors and elegant down lights, can easily be transformed into your dream wedding reception. We can comfortably accommodate 120 of your guests and offer you a fully catered service, including all meals and drinks. The Venue leads out onto a private courtyard to one side and then flows towards the ocean, where lawned areas split over two levels and sink to just two metres above the beach. Please note that we are unable to cater for weddings over the festive season and Easter holidays. We offer three stunning options for your ceremony depending on the style you ultimately prefer. You are welcome to set up on the grassy terraces in front of The Venue, where you will have a sea view with waves rolling in and out as you say your vows – Chairs will need to be hired for your own account. It is also possible to set up on the beach in front of the hotel, however this is dependent on tide and wave height. Alternatively, St Peter’s is a quaint church situated in Kei Mouth, 15 km’s from Morgan Bay and accessible by tar road. The church seats up to 100 guests. The Venue, decorated in a neutral palette, works with almost any colour scheme and or theme. In the evening, over 250 starlight’s are lit creating a magnificent starry night effect. We suggest you think carefully about using too many candles as the venue can get a bit stuffy.
