Johannesdal Hall Johannesdal Hal has enormous picture windows overlooking the majestic mountains surrounding Johannesdal 1207. The hall has seating for 120 guests with a dance floor. The Blue Room A soundproof wedding reception area which can be used for small gatherings and is ideal for weddings for up to 100 attendees. This area will be utilised in case of bad weather to host ceremonies. The Breakfast Terrace Die Stoepkamer opens up onto Die Veranda facing the pool courtyard. It is the ideal area to have a small wedding. It is available to rent when we have no overnight guests. Waterlily Garden This small enclosed garden has a pavilion overlooking the lily ponds. It is a lovely area for intimate outdoor wedding gatherings. For non-residential bookings this area is only available under certain conditions to be discussed with our venue manager. Terrace under the Oak A massive old Oak tree towers over this enclosed space in our garden, a perfect area for pre/post wedding drinks. This area is directly linked to the Waterlelietuin and could be used in conjunction with it, creating space for an outdoor wedding for up to 100 people. The Terraces Our two large garden terraces boast unsurpassable views. From both meticulously groomed terraces, there is an unobstructed view over the mountains surrounding Johannesdal 1207. Our terraced garden is the perfect space to have an open-air ceremony. The Ponds Our entrance garden with its two ponds filled with water lilies is the ideal place to receive your guests to Johannesdal Hal with welcoming drinks. It is a beautiful protected outdoor space and it leads directly into Johannesdal Hal.
