Set up and clearing of reception venue. This includes all equipment supplied by the venue but no set up of décor supplied by outside companies – for example flowers and table décor. Should this be required – it can be arranged at a separate cost and will be quoted accordingly.
Exclusive use of the entire hotel. [Friday night exclusivity pending dinner arrangements – see point below]

Glassware, crockery, and cutlery for up to 100 people.

Tiffany Chairs – white or Clear or Wimbledon Chairs for reception
Trestle Tables for Main Table, DJ, and Buffet.
White table linen and white linen serviettes
A romantic turn down in the honeymoon suite with rose petals and sparkling wine

Seating for the ceremony [Tiffany chairs, Wimbledon or Ancona chairs with covers can be arranged at an additional cost]
Set up and clearing of the ceremony area
Arrangements for any additional items can be made by the in-house Wedding Co-ordinator and will be quoted accordingly.
Suppliers need to collect Equipment on the night of the wedding or with prior arrangement on the Sunday or Monday. Canelands Beach Club and Spa (PTY) LTD takes no liability if equipment is damaged by different suppliers.
