The Lumber Baron Inn and Gardens

Important information about Lumber Baron Inn weddings: Our in house catering is excellent. We offer a very extensive menu that aims to reach every palate and budget. Because the LBI is chef-owned/operated, we do not accept outside catering. Outside officiants welcome. We can host 150 guests in the gardens and 75 guests in the parlors and ballroom, respectively. It is important to us to be up-front about pricing. You wont see hidden fees and strange charges in your business with us. The wedding packages are rather inclusive. The additional fees you will see are: Sales tax is 8.2% in this part of Denver A 22% service fee for food and alcohol. This is the gratuity that the waitstaff receives. $1000 planning fee which includes day of coordination. To book a date, we require half of the wedding fee, plus the booking fee. The balance is due 60 days before the wedding. Our third floor ballroom is only accessible by stairs. Due to the home’s age, there is not an elevator. Per neighborhood regulations, all festivities must end by 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and 11:00 p.m. on weekends. As a goodwill to our neighbors, we try to be quiet outside by 10pm, by bringing parties indoors at that time.
