How the Process Works
Your journey starts with a relaxed, no-pressure meeting via Google Meet or Zoom to discuss your vision and specific needs. Xiarm Films & Photography has experience filming weddings at a wide range of venues—from elegant manor houses to charming countryside barns. Though based in Norfolk, they’ve captured weddings from London to Italy and are happy to travel wherever your celebration takes place.
After your big day, expect a sneak peek of your photos and film within 48 hours to relive those first moments. The full gallery and finished films are delivered within 4 to 10 weeks, giving you a beautifully crafted keepsake to enjoy for years to come.

Describe your typical process with a couple.
Booking a call via google meet/zoom to discuss your needs and go through my packages whether this video or photo or both. I then send an agreement over, once this is then signed. A deposit of £200 is taken to secure the date. If this is more than one package such as video and photo then the deposit will be £400. I normally then have a meeting with the couple gain a few weeks before the wedding in preparation. Final payment is taken minimum 4 of weeks before the wedding. Photos and video are normally delivered 4 to 6 weeks after the wedding. I do deliver ssneakpeek pictures within 48 hours for the couple to post on social media.
Describe how you got into videography.
I started with photography from 2008, then started getting into shooting videos commercially from 2010. I had previously done a lot of travel videos of my travelling and my passion followed from there
