Describe your typical process with a couple.
We would firstly gather enough information from you in order to provide you with 2 quotes. Whilst we like to advise our clients of the most preferred option, we like to allow them to have options to choose themselves as it is ultimately their big day!
You would then be required to pay a non-refundable deposit in order to secure your booking - with the outstanding payment to be paid in full no later than 48 hours before your wedding day.
We will then arrange a consultation 2 weeks before you wedding to review the details that have already been discussed and any final details that need to be added. We would also obtain an Itinerary at this point and would also introduce the videographer that will be handling the production of your big day.
On the day of your wedding, our videographer will capture the day in the most natural and non-invasive way as possible. Once the agreed number of production hours has been met, our videographer will give you the option to extend the hours (at an additional cost) should you feel the need to do so.
When it comes to the post production (editing) process, our team will be in touch to confirm the song that you have chosen, allowing us to begin creating your highlight reel (alongside your wedding documentary).
Once this process has been completed, we will then send your content to you via a USB stick and will be in touch to ensure that you are happy with your final product.
