I’ve had the pleasure of capturing weddings for over 10 years now. I’m based in North Yorkshire where I live with my wife and two (very energetic) children. I understand just how meaningful family moments are and being able to capture those connections on a wedding day is something I never take for granted.
Outside of shooting weddings I enjoy good music, pizza and rolling around at Jiu-Jitsu.
From a young age I’ve always had strong interest in storytelling and the importance of capturing memories.
I studied and earned a degree in Video Production at University and then moved to London where I worked at a Post Production house in the TV industry. While in the capital I also started directing and shooting my own projects. This led me to working on documentaries in some amazing places all over the world such as Hawaii, LA, New York, Miami, São Paulo and even the Amazon Rainforest.
These experiences helped shape my documentary instincts — learning to observe patiently, anticipate moments, and capture stories as they naturally unfold.
I’m a big believer that you’re wedding day shouldn’t be a photo or video shoot. My approach is relaxed, natural, and documentary-led. Rather than set up or stage anything on your wedding day I work quietly in the background. I observe what’s happening around me — the small in-between moments and the connections between people.
If I’m doing my job right you shouldn’t even notice I’m there.
I'm based in North Yorkshire but shoot all over the UK and beyond.
