I think it would have to be a punk wedding we filmed in Cornwall - the bride arrived with her Dad on a trike whilst swigging champagne (the bride not the Dad!) and most of the guests were either punks or bikers. The atmosphere was so cool and relaxed and great to do something a bit different!
natural, unobtrusive, flexible, personable, professional
I think we offer something different to the norm - a lot of videographers these days produce videos which although great, are all starting to look the same. We have kept our style consistent and we think this shines through.
Book as far ahead as you can - we see so many people panicking last minute with no budget left and therefore choosing on price which can compromise what you really want
We have seen a few occasions where a picture of a relative who has passed on is brought to the wedding and given a prominent place, to imagine that they are there with you.
We are normally first approached via email or Facebook - after exchanging messages about us, them, the package etc we ask for a booking fee to secure the date, usually 20%. Where possible we will come and see the couple at their home or the venue in order to get to know them and find out more details about the day. We prepare a formal contract and payment schedule which is all done electronically on line. We also provide an on line questionnaire for all the details of the day. After the big day, some packages come with a teaser trailer which we get onto social media as soon as we can, then the final edit is done usually within 4-6 weeks of the big day.
This would be when the bride arrived by helicopter at The Hop Farm in Paddock Wood and asked us to join her in the aircraft! We filmed the flight from Headcorn from inside and also from the ground which made for superb footage!
Groundhog Day because i love the story, the cast and above all the whole concept of the film!
The best soundtracks are when there is live music on the day. It's lovely to have the couple's favourite songs but when there is a band, soloist or a choir it really adds a special something to the soundtrack.
I was always interested in videography because of my Father who was in the BBC and then I had my own wedding filmed and thought "i can do better!"
