What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Leaving enough time between getting dressed and heading to the ceremony. The earlier the better as we can capture some incredible footage during this time such as first looks.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Head to my website first to check out my portfolio. If my style suits you, then get in touch to enquire availability for your wedding date. If I'm available, the next step is to book a video call to discuss more. If we are all happy, let's get you booked in! Around 6 to 4 weeks prior to your wedding day, I will get in touch again to arrange another video call. This will be to discuss all of the nitty gritty details so that I can plan accordingly. From timings, to microphones and the car you will be arriving in (if applicable!) all of this information helps me a lot. When it finally comes to the big day itself, I’ll arrive around 2 to 2.5 hours prior to the ceremony to capture the morning preparations and details. I like to bring a lot of fun to weddings as this provides great results when it comes to receiving your photos or videos. Editing makes up around 60% of the process. Shooting a wedding day isn’t even the time consuming part (even if it turns out to be a 12 hour day!) I overlook everything when it comes to editing a wedding due to my perfectionism. It’s just who I am but because of this, you will trust me even more with your wedding memories. You’ll always receive your wedding collection around 8 to 10 weeks after the wedding day, if not sooner.
