All of our weddings have been so different and unique to each couple we couldn't pick the most memorable! We've just loved them all!
Unique, cinematic, natural, romantic, non-invasive
Our natural style and the way we capture precious moments between couples. The things they don't realise anyone has noticed and when they watch the film back it brings back emotions and love an they relive their moments
Whatever you do, get a videographer!!!! This is the regret we hear from so many couples we speak to who just wish they could look back on something other than photo's. Your day is filled with so much it's hard to take everything in, not to mention when adrenaline take overs. A video gives you the opportunity to relive your day in full and catch those moments you missed too!
We loved when a bride gave all of her bridesmaids a piece of personalised art as a gift, this was really cool and unique
Once we've discussed the initial details and sent out the contracts to secure the booking, we plan a meeting with the couple. This usually takes place around 4 weeks before the wedding date. We like to get to know our couples a bit more and understand what's important to them on the day. We then work through all the detailed timings and itinerary of the day so we have all the info we need to be prepared to capture all the key moments.
One of our couples had Bangrha dancers at their wedding which was just incredible. They later did dancing lessons with all 200 guests which resulted in a dance off, it was so fun and full of energy we couldn't help but get caught up in it too! We just loved it!
Music is a very personal film and it can be so emotive to people which is why the couples pick their own tracks unique to them for each of their films. This adds a special something to the individual film. We used Sweet Thing by Van Morrison for our own wedding video which we shot on a Super 8 camera.
Through our love of film making and weddings, it was the perfect match! We're total romantics so it's just the best job for us, we're very lucky to be able to do something we love so much.
