I had the pleasure of filming a couple who got married during lockdown, they had to postpone previously and it was so lovely being able to be apart of their special day during such awful times. There was so much happiness and love!
Dreamy, fun, whimsical, candid and natural
The style I have gained over the last year or so.
Research!! Don’t just go for the first one you find and don’t be afraid to ask questions to suppliers and then not choose them.
Favours are always my favourite thing to see as they are also so different and interesting wedding to wedding.
After they have asked all the questions they have and are happy and book with me I will either chat with them online or face to face over coffee whichever they prefer. There we can discuss important aspects of their day and what I can achieve.
Smoke bombs! They are so much fun to record!!
Lord of the Rings, just everything about it, the music, the panning in the scenes, it is just all amazing!
I don’t usually like to put ‘chart’ songs in my videos so I usually choose cinematic instrumental songs
When I was around 8 years old, my granddad brought a cinecamera, this is where my fascination for filming began, I would film anything and everything from adventures with my friends to the animals on my grandad’s farm. This passion continued into later life, filming friend’s weddings, holidays with my husband and special family moments, all of which has helped me to develop my own style.
I had been asked over the years to record a number of friends weddings and really loved doing it, this spurred me on to take it more seriously and do it for real!
