A truly excellent service from someone who clearly cares about their job. Stayed very late into the night to capture all the best bits. The video trailer was absolutely brilliant & edited so well, it completely surpassed any expectations I had. I’ve already watched it at least 20 times, family are fed up that I keep playing it. The video website was very easy to use, & the physical copy was beautifully thought out. I am so glad we found Shan to capture memories that will stay with us for life.

Incredible! Shan shot our wedding June 2023 and we were blown away. Each frame is so beautifully crafted and how she edits is simply perfect. Choosing Story by Shan was one of our best decisions we made. From the initial enquiry, right the way through to delivery she was fab! Highly recommend.

Shan and Josh make a great videography team! The final output for our wedding video was just what we wanted - nice and candid. Shan is friendly, professional and listened to what I wanted to get out of the final video. It was great to have a catchup ahead of the wedding to discuss the details too. On the day Shan was discreet with her filming which was perfect because you don't necessarily want to feel like you're being recorded the whole day but she managed to capture the day perfectly.

*A little bit of extra information: I work at around 100 weddings a year myself & some other factors that may not be visible on videographers show reels is their presentation on the day & the way they conduct themselves with guests and clients. I've been to many events and seen many horror stories, from videographers and photographers wearing unsuitable attire on the wedding day and also being rude around wedding guests but Story By Shan and her team were perfect and I can't rate them enough.

After the wedding Shan made sure to check in and keep us updated with any new trailers and footage as soon as they were ready. There was even a wonderful personalised delivery we received after the big day, but I won't ruin the surprise for anyone else. If you want to have your special moments captured by the best in the business then I can't recommend Story By Shan enough. I wish Shan all the best for the future, so make sure you get your bookings in before her diary fills up.

We loved how the videos were edited and flowed throughout, as many others we saw seemed so disjointed. We decided to add on a second camera and Josh did an amazing job capturing the extra angles and drone shots which added so much to the end product. Shan was a pleasure to work with and always had time for our questions. We didn't feel too confident being in front of the camera but Shan made us both feel so relaxed which really helped on the day.
