Scott & Chelsea's wedding in 2018. This wedding had an incredible atmosphere and the couple, family and guests were friendly and fun the whole day.

I am proud that I am always striving to develop and improve my wedding films with portrait shoots and through leaning new things about my craft, never stagnating or becoming complacent with my work.
Keep it as simple and elegant as possible, don't forget to enjoy the experience.
One wedding had an acoustic performer after the just after ceremony whom was just very unique and talented and fitted the mood so perfectly.
I like to have a chat with them, get to know their story so I can make a more bespoke film.
I also now include an (optional) short engagement film which I find helps me create something even more personal.
Sometimes I capture shots that are just in the moment that really make the film more fun and vibrant, I'm always on the look out.
I was recently impressed with the beautiful cinematography in Dune (2021); also the colours and the mood. Quite a complicated plot but yes the cinematography was just breathtakingly in my opinion.
Live recordings of classics or really atmospheric instrumental tracks.
I studied photography and film in college and at university.
I really think that the most important thing for filming is actually experience in stills photography.
I didn't use what I had learned until quite a long time after I had finished my tertiary education. But I am glad that it worked out that way as I now have a broad range of working and life experience to draw from.
I began with one wedding video that I was asked to do as a favour for friends. I was really surprised about how much it all came back to me and I found the whole experience very rewarding so I carried on.
