We've edited some ace weddings already, with lots in the pipeline for this year. Highlights include a ceremony in the UK's oldest cinema, a weekend glamping wedding and a wedding in New Orleans.
Personal, natural, non-intrusive, alternative, relaxed
I've worked in TV for 10 years and have always wanted to edit weddings. I started Rockstar after getting friends and family to film our own wedding, with amazing results. You truly get those moments that only friends can capture.
Take advice from people with a pinch of salt. It's well intended but remember that it's your day. Do it exactly how you want.
We have a chat beforehand about your favourite styles of music and what tracks your big day will feature. Then I send out lots of little handy how-to magazines with the cameras (A6 so perfect pocket size) with hints and tips of what is great to film on the big day. The main thing is to just have fun, it'll all be captured.
I love rock, pop rock, pop punk etc, they always make a great soundtrack for the party but there is nothing wrong with a bit of Paolo Nutini and Ed Sheeran. Ultimately, it's the happy couples decision.
