Initial Contact:
We typically start with an email exchange to help you choose the best package for your wedding day.
Pre-Wedding Call:
At least two weeks before your big day, we schedule a call to discuss the day’s schedule, the moments you’d like us to capture, and any creative ideas we might have.
On the Wedding Day:
Arrival: We arrive early, especially if it’s a new venue, to scout for the best shoot locations and lighting.
Preparation: We inform the bride(s) and groom(s) of our arrival and ensure we’re on schedule with hair and makeup.
Setup: We set up our equipment, identify the best camera positions for the ceremony, and capture drone footage of the venue and grounds.
Filming: We follow the planned schedule to capture all the special moments of your day.
Check-In: After the first dance, we check in with you to see if there are any last-minute surprises before packing up.
Post-Wedding:
Backup: The next day, we back up all the footage.
Editing: Once we receive your music selections, we begin editing the wedding film, selecting the best clips to create a beautiful narrative.
