What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
One of my favorite personal touches at a wedding would be a memory table or photo display that honors loved ones who couldn’t be there. It’s a beautiful way to bring family history into the day, making the celebration feel personal and meaningful. Whether it’s a simple photo frame or a full display of family mementos, this touch adds a warm, sentimental element that resonates with guests and reflects the couple’s journey
Describe your typical process with a couple.
My process with a couple typically begins with an initial consultation to discuss their vision, style preferences, and unique elements they’d love captured. From there, you offer guidance on your available packages, incorporating any custom touches that fit their day. As the wedding approaches, you check in for any updates, like special guests or schedule changes, ensuring everything is aligned for a seamless experience.
On the big day, you work unobtrusively, capturing candid and cinematic moments. Afterward, you stay in touch during the editing process, delivering polished, heartfelt memories they can treasure forever.
What is the most exciting thing you have caught on camera?
One of the most exciting moments I have captured on camera was a spontaneous, heartfelt dance-off between the bride and her father that got everyone on the dance floor. This unexpected moment turned into an unforgettable scene as guests joined in, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere that embodied the couple’s fun spirit. It was one of those candid, once-in-a-lifetime captures where emotions were so genuine that it became a highlight of the day and a cherished memory for the family.
What is the one film you wish you had directed and why?
If there’s one film i wish to have directed, it would be "La La Land." Its blend of striking visuals, emotional storytelling, and seamless musicality captures both the magic and the real challenges of following one’s dreams. The film’s romantic yet bittersweet moments align with your style, where raw, candid expressions meet cinematic artistry. Directing something like "La La Land" would resonate deeply with your passion for capturing authentic moments and weaving them into an unforgettable, visually captivating narrative.
What is your favourite soundtrack to put to a wedding video?
My favorite soundtrack to put to a wedding video would be “A Thousand Years” by Christina Perri or “Can’t Help Falling in Love” by Haley Reinhart. Both songs are timeless, romantic, and have a cinematic quality that complements emotional moments beautifully. The soft, heartfelt tones set a warm, intimate mood, while the lyrics capture the commitment and love of the day, perfectly underscoring scenes like the vows, the first dance, or candid, joyful moments between family and friends.
