What's your filming style?
I focus on natural, storytelling, documentary style cinematography that captures genuine moments as they happen. I film mostly behind the scenes with minimal disruption, so you can enjoy your day authentically while still getting those beautiful, cinematic shots. I also blend documentary style with gentle direction, combining crafted visuals with natural, unscripted moments.
How long until we receive our films?
You’ll receive your film within 4–8 weeks (the exact timeframe will be stated in your contract before you sign). I know the wait is tough, but careful attention to music, pacing, and detail takes time, and I want to deliver something truly meaningful. Crafting something beautiful can’t be rushed.
What areas do you cover?
I’m based in Gloucester and film weddings across Gloucestershire, including Cheltenham, Stroud, and the Cotswolds. I love travelling and have filmed weddings all over the U.K. since 2010. I will be more than pleased to cover the nearby counties like Monmouthshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, and Somerset. Travel fees may apply—just ask for a clear quote.
Do you work alone or with a second videographer?
This depends on the package you choose and the size of your wedding. I often work in a team with a second videographer and also have a team of photographers if required. Smaller, intimate weddings may only need one videographer, while larger celebrations benefit from a second shooter to capture multiple angles and moments happening at the same time. The second videographer is especially useful when the couple wants us to mainly focus on documentary style filming.
How do you work alongside photographers?
Absolutely. I regularly collaborate with my own trusted photography team, and I’m experienced working with other photographers too. Understanding each other’s style takes coordination, so I communicate clearly upfront to ensure smooth teamwork. Collaborating with my own team offers a distinct advantage, as couples appreciate our seamless capture of every moment.
Do you offer highlight films and full length videos?
Yes! Most couples receive a 1-5 minute highlight film perfect for sharing, plus a full ceremony edit and speeches film so you can relive every word and moment.
What is included in your packages?
Our packages are tailored for every wedding, starting with the essentials: a videographer, up to 4 hours of coverage, full video editing, a personalised USB, and a web version (just ask!). Higher tiers add hours, a second videographer, drone shots, camera crane, photography, or custom extras. Editing quality is premium across all. Message me for a bespoke package quote!
How do you handle audio for vows and speeches?
Clear audio is essential. I use discreet microphones and professional recorders to capture vows, speeches, and key moments, then carefully mix them during editing so everything sounds crisp and clear.
Can we choose the music for our film?
I’m always happy to hear your preferences and the kind of vibe you love. While I adhere to music licensing guidelines, I select tracks that best match the emotion and flow of your day and resonate with your personal style. You can also select music from my music provider if you want. I avoid repeating the same tracks across highlight videos.
How long will our wedding film be?
Final film lengths vary depending on the package and the flow of your day. I focus on storytelling rather than strict timing, your film will be long enough to fully capture the emotion, energy, and key moments without feeling rushed or dragged out.
