What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
I have worked in mainstream international media.A DOP once told me that you don't need wembley stadium to shoot a football match! What he meant is that if you are passionate & driven and organised you can make any venue look spectacular.How true,that's the maxim I apply to weddings and the advise is to plan to the T!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Clients have told me how comfortable they are around me,how I instinctvely recognise a situation and find a creative solution.They love that and how I manage people with a smile at large venues & demanding shoots.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Thats my personal USP,but nevertheless every couple is different,most importantly it is to build an instant rapport and calm the nerves immediately.
What is the most exciting thing you have caught on camera?
Subjective every time,but most commonly it can be the candid moments between bride & groom,the emotions and the loved one around them.
What is the one film you wish you had directed and why?
That I will leave for another day as it may reveal my personal style.
What is your favourite soundtrack to put to a wedding video?
It depends on the clients needs,tastes and preferences but we do recommend and advise a track that compliments the visuals and enhances the story telling appeal.
