Our signature package is designed to capture your day from the perspectives of the people closest to you.
Simply hand these cameras to your Best Man and Maid of Honour (or any trusted VIPs) and let them become your official behind-the-scenes crew! Delivered in a stunning, rustic wooden presentation box, this package is completely wedding-ready.

The "Video Guestbook" Station Add-On – £50 (Full Day Hire Add-On)
The ultimate interactive experience for your evening reception!
Swap the traditional pen-and-paper guestbook for a dedicated video station. Guests can leave you hilarious advice, drunken well-wishes, and memories you will cherish forever. We can set this up perfectly at your venue for you, or provide everything you need to place it yourself. Includes:

- 1x Acrylic Prompter featuring fun interview questions for your guests
- A gorgeous rustic basket, lace cloth, and framed instruction manual.

How exactly does the DIY Camcorder hire work?
It is as easy as it sounds! On the morning of your wedding (or the day before), we deliver your gorgeous wooden presentation box right to your venue or prep location. You simply hand the cameras to your Best Man, Maid of Honour, or a trusted guest. They use our fun prompt cards to capture all the behind-the-scenes magic. The next day, we collect the box, transfer all the files, and send you the footage! No standing around awkwardly posing just pure fun.
Do we need to be good with technology?
Not even a little bit! Our digital camcorders give you that gorgeous, vintage, nostalgic glow, but they are modern and incredibly easy to use. We include a very simple, 'Quick-Start' guide in the box. Literally just flip the screen open, press the big record button, and capture the magic. We even provide 4 spare, fully charged batteries so you never have to worry about running out of charge!
How far do you travel?
We are proudly based in the North East! Delivery and collection of your equipment are completely FREE within a 10-mile radius of Gateshead. If you are getting married a little further afield in Northumberland or North Yorkshire, we are more than happy to travel. We just charge a standard, transparent rate of 45p per mile outside of our free zone, which we calculate before giving you the final quote.
What if the cameras get in the way of our professional videographer?
They actually make the perfect team! Professional videographers are there to capture the beautiful, cinematic, and emotional story of your day. Your POV camcorders are there to capture the hilarious, messy, unfiltered, and deeply personal moments they might miss, like your guests on the dancefloor or the inside jokes during the morning prep. They blend perfectly!
What happens if a camera gets dropped on the dancefloor?
We know weddings can get a little wild (especially when the ABBA megamix comes on! :)). To lock in your date, we take a £50 fully refundable security deposit. This simply covers us for any missing inventory or minor damage. Just make sure all the cameras, SD cards, and spare batteries make it safely back into the wooden box at the end of the night, and your deposit is refunded in full within 24 hours.
When will we receive our wedding footage?
Within 24 hours of us collecting the cameras! We know you are dying to relive the day immediately. We will send you a private Google Drive link containing every single piece of raw, unedited footage your guests captured. To make it incredibly easy for you to look through, we organise all the raw clips into distinct folders for each camera.
Please note: Because we are a DIY, behind-the-scenes service, we don't provide audio of your vows, cinematic edits, or traditional wedding films. We just provide the pure, raw, unfiltered magic ready for you to download and watch on your honeymoon! 🥂
