What is your most memorable wedding?
Our own! Only kidding, it was a blur.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Discreet, candid, relaxed, colourful, documentary.
What about your business are you most proud of?
We have been filming weddings since 2010!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Ok, you're getting our 4 top tips;
1. It's all about your guests. Before you think about the venue, what type of wedding you want etc. have a think about who you really want there. Weddings are all about the people at them, not the stuff.
2. Keep it simple
3. Everything takes slightly longer than you have planned for so allow extra time
4. Feel free to add things in or drop things out that you don't want. You don't have to tick all the boxes just because that's what you do at a wedding. Want to do a Bride's speech? Go for it. Don't fancy the cake cutting ? Drop it, no-one will notice apart from a couple of Auntie's. Etc etc, you get the idea.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Dogs are always a winner. Or babies. But mostly dogs.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Relaxed :) Don't stress - we've done this before! We'll catch up on a call a couple of months before the wedding to run through everything so that our side of things runs really smoothly on the day.
What is the most exciting thing you have caught on camera?
When a load of the guests dressed as superheroes mid way through the day. It was entertainment for the kids and it shouldn't have worked but totally did.
What is the one film you wish you had directed and why?
Ferris Bueller's Day Off. An all time classic
What is your favourite soundtrack to put to a wedding video?
An upbeat one. Weddings are happy things!
Describe how you got into videography.
While I was a graphic designer back in 2010, we filmed a wedding for a friend of a friend for free as a favour. It turned out rather well and the rest is history.
